Good Grounds Family Part 1

With all of our new followers I thought it would be good idea to introduce you guys to the Good Grounds Family over a couple posts.

Gabe is the incredibly handsome politely awkward 14 year old that takes your order!

I’m proud to call him my son.

He is a Freshman at Santiam Christian. He loves video games, his pug Mocha, spending time with the “boys” and pizza. He runs XC and track for SC and is the Freshman Class President.

He doesn’t eat sweets. When he was 4 he read a book about sweets and his teeth. From that point on there was no sweets and no trick or treating! He has fruit salad for his “birthday cake.” Teachers bring him carrots for treats. Yes folks carrots over candy bars!

He’s sensitive, witty, cares deeply for those close to him, creative, smart, resilient, and an incredible young man. I’m excited to see what the future holds for him because I know he’s going to continue to impact those around him.
