Made some lattes to test our settings. Of course Allison Yeager couldn’t wait and I made her a pumpkin vanilla latte. We got her approval!!

The moment I grabbed the handle for the first time to draw my first shot I was overwhelmed.

Overwhelmed knowing this is EXACTLY where and what I’m supposed to be doing.

The process of starting this business has been so smooth, a lot of work but the peace and assurance I’ve had through each step is strange in a really great way!
