Wow! Today has been a busy day for us!

-Some slight issues with the new fresh water holding tank but thanks to my wonderful and patient hubby that is getting done and picked up tomorrow

-Plumbing should be complete in the next couple days

-I got the designs for the interior back and I LOVE THEM!! I can't wait to be able to reveal the final look!

-Got some great news from the Health Dept. The dreaded inspection doesn't need to be nearly as dreaded as I thought.

-My dream generator is set to be delivered on Friday. I am still slightly concerned the truck might get hijacked . This generator is on a nationwide back order and I happened to find one and the next day SOLD OUT again!

-We decided after days of researching which combination of square products we will be using for the point of sale system. That has also been ordered.

-December is the final push to get everything completed for a mid January open date! Everything continues to stay on track

Off to order the supplies to start the interior work
